The MAES Chapter Development Summit is a regional event focused exclusively on bringing together the elected officers of neighboring student chapters. The targeted audience of the event makes it unique and value-added when compared to the other national MAES events. By bringing together several neighboring chapters it will allow for the sharing of best practices, foster communication and collaboration, and strengthen the sense of familia that MAES is known for.

The MAES Chapter Development Summit is a regional event focused exclusively on bringing together the elected officers of neighboring student chapters. The targeted audience of the event makes it unique and value-added when compared to the other national MAES events. By bringing together several neighboring chapters it will allow for the sharing of best practices, foster communication and collaboration, and strengthen the sense of familia that MAES is known for.
Note that students will be housed 5/room instead of
4/room. The 2-bedroom, 2-story suites are 800 sq. ft. each and feature
2 bedrooms, 2 wash rooms, a living room with wood burning fireplace,
full kitchen, and patio or balcony. Hotel includes free hot breakfast
each day, free wi-fi, and free parking. Deadline to register and pay is Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Each chapter may send up to 4 students. Chapter advisors must make their own lodging arrangements. Students are highly encouraged to take advantage of the 2-night package and arrive on Friday to socialize with other chapter officers. Otherwise, students must be on site by 11:00 AM on Saturday.
