The MAES Chapter Development Summit is a regional event focused exclusively on bringing together the elected officers of neighboring student chapters. The targeted audience of the event makes it unique and value-added when compared to the other national MAES events. By bringing together several neighboring chapters it will allow for the sharing of best practices, foster communication and collaboration, and strengthen the sense of familia that MAES is known for.

The MAES Chapter Development Summit is a regional event focused exclusively on bringing together the elected officers of neighboring student chapters. The targeted audience of the event makes it unique and value-added when compared to the other national MAES events. By bringing together several neighboring chapters it will allow for the sharing of best practices, foster communication and collaboration, and strengthen the sense of familia that MAES is known for.
Each
chapter is encouraged to send up to four students. Chapter advisers
must make their own lodging arrangements. The deadline to register and
pay is Friday, June 20, 2014.
Please
note that students requiring hotel stay will be housed four (4) per room. The
rooms feature free breakfast daily, free wi-fi in public areas, and free
parking. The hotel is a short 2 mile drive to the campus.
Students are encouraged to take advantage of the 2-night package and arrive on Friday to socialize with other chapter officers. Otherwise, students must be on the CSULB campus by 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 28, 2014.
