The annual MAES Leadership Academy (MLA) is the premier event for MAES. This conference for Latino engineers and scientists is held in a different city each year and is an intensive program of leadership training. The conference is a unique opportunity for professionals, students, and recruiters just like you. Attendees participate in a full curriculum of activities that address both personal and professional leadership. Perfectly suited for both the novice and the expert.

Each MLA registration package includes the following:
- Access to all activities, events, meetings, and workshops beginning on March 8, 2017
- Registration packet includes name badge, and other conference materials
- Most meals on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Registration MLA Packages with Lodging:
Two professionals or four students (same gender) will share each room. Do not call hotel, MAES will handle rooming arrangements for these packages. Please submit a rooming list to MAES.
